The Event Seating Planner is a simple, free tool for planning seating arrangements for lodge dinners, holiday parties, family nights, banquets, and other events. Create round, square, or rectangular tables, arrange them to match your room, add guests, assign seats, and record meal selections or short notes. Tables and room objects can be moved, resized, and rotated to create the layout you need.

Tip: If your lodge regularly uses the planner, create a master event file containing your usual members. Save it as a template, then open and save a new copy whenever you begin planning another event.
